Elden Ring DLC Will Not Release In Early 2024

Elden Ring DLC

FromSoftware games are always been phenomenal due to their challenging battles against formidable bosses.

However, the release of FromSoftware Elden Ring has just raised the bar for the franchise, as the game has gained immense popularity while winning the Game of the Year award as well.

Following the success of the game, FromSoftware decided to offer some more content for Elden Ring as the studio announced Elden Ring DLC Shadow Of The Erdree Tree on February 28, 2023.

However, until then, we have not seen any release window for the Elden Ring DLC, while a recent report from FromSoftware says that Elden Ring DLC is far from release.

It’s still a long way off, but we’re making good progress”.

Although previously it was assumed that the Elden Ring DLC would be released in early 2024, it’s clear now that the expansion is not releasing anytime soon, at least not in early 2024.

Well, by looking at the game release date, it was 2022, and after more than a year of long gap, there is still not yet any expansion for the game.

It appears that FromSoftware is testing the patience of the fans as it has marked the widest gap between a game and its expansion.

Although it’s taking too much time, it’s for sure the studio is cooking something big for the Elden Ring DLC as the expansion is not just a single DLC; instead, it’s two DLCs packed in a single expansion.

Meanwhile, Elden Ring DLC is going to be like Bloodborne expansion as it will get new battles, bosses, and areas to explore and content of around 20 hours, which is more than a full-fledged title as some titles are only around 17 hours like Spider-Man 2.

Nevertheless, we believe that the Elden Ring: Shadow Of The Erdtree is going to be a great treat for the Elden Ring fans; though it is a ways off from the release, it’s worth the wait as, like other FromSoftware DLCs, this is also going to be epic.

We suggest that until the release of the Elden Ring DLC, fans should stick around the other masterpieces of FromSoftware, which includes the latest blockbuster title Armored Core 6, which is going to give you a tough time fighting with those mechs.

Apart from Armored Core 6, there is my personal favorite, Sekiro: Shadow Die Twice, which is, for me, the hardest souls game, so if you haven’t played it yet, make sure to give it a try.
