Assassin’s Creed is an action-adventure franchise that replaced Prince of Persia in 2007. Till then, the franchise is ruling in the hearts of the fans.
The franchise is gearing up for its new game, Assassin’s Creed Mirage, scheduled for October 2023.
The franchise brings back old roots from Assassin’s creed mirage as the game is stealth focused rather than an RPG like its previous game, Assassin’s creed origins.
Furthermore, Assassins Creed Mirage Playtime will be shorter, as seen in classical Assassin’s Creed games.
In an interview, Assassin’s Creed lead producer Fabian Salamon revealed that Assassin’s Creed Mirage playtime is 20-24 hours. In comparison, the time increases for completionists for around 30 hours because it has side content of some hours.
It was already promised that the game would bring the franchise’s roots, so a single city rather than a massive open world and a short storyline prove that.
Similarly, Assassin’s Creed Unity and Syndicate also have a shorter playtime.
Additionally, the game also has a blue tint option, which will revive the nostalgia of Assassin’s Creed 1
The developers asserted that the game’s parkour is very smooth and fast-paced.
Recently, it has been confirmed that the game will not have XP-based progression and is a linear story-driven progression.
