Following the release of the game on PS5, Digital Foundry reviewed the game and made an impressive statement that Baldur’s Gate 3 PS5 has visuals equivalent to the game on PC with ultra presets.

Moreover, they also noted that the game has done excellent porting on a console that is not typically found in console games.
Furthermore, Baldur’s Gate 3 has two modes: performance and quality while the quality runs on 1440p resolution at 30 fps, and the performance mode targets 60 fps. Baldur’s Gate 3 PS5 Release gets 60fps in performance mode most of the time. However, the game drops to the low 20s in the city area of the third act.
