Although 2024 is a few months old, the games it has produced until now have surprised everyone, whether it’s Palworld, Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown, or the most recent blockbuster, Helldivers 2.
Helldivers 2, the CO-OP shooter, has almost impressed everyone, due to which the game has no shortage of players on Steam.
However, although gameplay is fun, the issues have made the experience somewhat unpleasant like matchmaking, login, and server load issues.
However, the studio has announced that it is now working to fix all these issues in updates while the first update is arriving tomorrow.
Arrowhead studio recently, on its Discord, gave a message about the updates, saying that they will release updates for PC and PS5 this week, aiming to solve all serious problems.
“We have improvements rolling out this week focused on the most serious problems in the game: login, matchmaking, and server load.”

However, the studio made clear that these issues wouldn’t take one update to get fixed. However, they are trying their best to give the best experience for players by fixing all of the issues through various updates, which may take some days to weeks.
As of now, we are unclear about what’s coming next in terms of fixes in the next update arriving tomorrow, so we probably want to see the log in issue to be at least fixed.
It’s astonishing that despite such issues the game is still trending as the game has continuously beating its own Steam all-time peak concurrent players without stopping.
Nonetheless, we believe to see Arrowhead Studio fixing all those issues as soon as possible as the issues are showing their effects slowly now.
Due to these issues, the perception of the game has changed, as the game, based mostly on positive reviews, has transitioned into mixed reviews on Steam.

One of the most critical issues of the game is the limitation of servers with up to 450k concurrent players to ensure a buttery experience. However, the game has surpassed 400k concurrent players on Steam, which cleary explicit the need to increase the limit up to 1 million concurrent players as it is predicted the game might reach that height as well.
