Q: How can I play games in Vertical Games folder?
A: Please rotate the console clockwise, use D-pad for direction and Volume Button for A, B button.
Q: When I start the device, some games appear under the “Recent” tab, is it used?
A: Before the game console leaves the factory, we will power on test the game console before packing, so sometimes there will be a game record in “Recent”. But the console is brand new, please rest assured.
Q: Why it shows nothing charging when plug in charger?
A: Please prepare 5V/1.5A or below adapter charger charge this console. Fast charge 5V/2A or above maynot working with this console.
Q: There is no sound when playing games, but the menu interface is, defective?
A: Due to chipset and system limitation, the console maybe not working perfectly with all games of emulators, it’s normal that some games get bug or glitch. But please rest assured that the console still functional and we will be here for you.
