Update
EA has restored the servers, and the titles can be logged in smoothly.
Original Story
Today, we found out about an interesting situation that has caused frustration among gamers. EA, one of the leading gaming companies, has faced server issues. EA servers are currently down on all platforms, including PS4, PS5, PC, Xbox, and Switch.
We have discovered that the servers have been down for the past few hours. EA’s biggest games, EA FC 24, EA FC 25, and even FIFA 23, are having login issues, and players are showing their dissatisfaction since they faced this issue in the middle of the EA FC major Team Of The Year event.

The Team Of The Year Event started on 17th January 2025 and lasts for 5 weeks. This event features the world’s best X1, as voted by players. So, players are really agitated about disruption in such a major event.
Meanwhile, apart from Fifa games, players are also complaining of server issues in Battlefield 2024, an EA online game. Given that FC and Battlefield are online competitive games, the loss of connection during a match or any in-game purchase causes severe damage to players, either losing money or losing a match.
In terms of EA, the company might also suffer losses because the servers have been down for four hours. However, EA stated several minutes ago that the team is working hard to resolve the issue, so expect the servers to be restored soon.
We’re looking into connectivity issues with our online services. Our team is working to get things back up as soon as possible, so stay tuned for updates.

While the EA server is down, it could be because of backend issues; we can also expect the server closure for new content arrival, including extended champs, daily play, and free players pack. We will update our audience when we get an update from EA regarding the issue.
